Top Ten Tuesday: Autumnish

Top Ten Tuesday

Welcome to another contribution to the wildly popular Top Ten Tuesday hosted by The Broke and The Bookish.  This week they ask us to share lists on the following:

October 10: Ten Books With Fall/Autumn Covers/Themes

This one might be a challenge with the type of books I read.  Probably not a lot of text to go along with this one as I’m going to let the covers speak for themselves as to whether they meet the Autumn theme or not.

Ten book covers that feel like Autumn to me

  1. The Name of the Wind (The Kingkiller Chronicle, #1)
  2. The Twelve (The Passage, #2)
  3. Witchful Thinking (Jolie Wilkins, #3)
  4. Limerence: Omnibus Edition (The Cure, #3)
  5. Wolver's Reward (The Wolvers, #7)
  6. The Drafter (The Peri Reed Chronicles, #1)
  7. Weekend Knitting: 50 Unique Projects and Ideas
  8. Hunting Memories (Vampire Memories, #2)
  9. Melancholy: Book Two of The Cure (Omnibus Edition)
  10. The Dead Lands

So what did you think?  Do they make you think of fall?  I’m not a huge fan of the season, preferring spring and summer, so to me, autumn is a depressing time of year when everything is dying back in preparation for winter, my least favorite time of year.
