Month in Review: July 2016

Month in Review

Read this month: 4  Books, 1775 Pages

Read this year: 29  Books, 10,706 Pages

Lock In (Lock In, #1)   One with You (Crossfire, #5)  A Dirty Job (Grim Reaper, #1)  The Shadows (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #13)

Looking Back:

Another not great month, but not as bad as I thought it would be.  Read more pages than last month and all of them I really enjoyed.  I have noticed I am reading less but enjoying more, so that is a plus.  I know I say this every month but I truly hope starting here in August I will get back on track for reading.  I have cut some of my social obligations and plan (after tonight) to stay off the internet after 6 pm.  Of the books I read this month I would pick Lock In as my favorite, A Dirty Job as a delightful surprise, The Shadows as most shocking, and One with You as a satisfying ending to a enjoyed series.

Looking Ahead:

I’ve already said how I plan to work in more reading this month.  I am going to also continue to catch up with authors I enjoy and read from my to-read case.  I have two more J.R. Ward books and then I do have one review book again from Blogging for Books.  I also plan to start listening to more audio books as I am going to start helping my husband more with the eBay sales and I can listen to them when I list items. Well I need to go as I have kittens in my living room tonight and I also want to get some reading in today. I’m enjoying this spin-off series from the Blackdagger Brotherhood quite a bit!

Happy Reading ~Amy
