Happy Friday everyone!  I’ve decided to join a new weekly blog meme everyone.  I’ve been thinking of joining in on the fun for a few weeks now and decided the first Friday in August was a good week to start. My reviews have been slowing down so I wanted a new fun type of post for everyone each week.  If you are part of this meme already and looking for ways to follow me you have several options.  I’m a member of Bloglovin, I have a Facebook page, a Twitter account, and there is always email if you don’t have a WordPress blog all links are on the right side of this screen.  Of course if you are on WordPress too, you can easily follow me at the top of your screen.  I am looking forward to hoping over to your blog and reading all your answers to this week’s questions and hitting those follow buttons!  Happy Reading~ Amy

The Rules:

To join the fun and make new book blogger friends, just follow these simple rules:

  1. (Required) Follow the Follow My Book Blog Friday Hosts {Parajunkee & Alison Can Read}
  2. (Required) Follow our Featured Bloggers
  3. Put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing. You can also grab the code if you would like to insert it into your posts.
  4. Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say “hi” in your comments and that they are now following you.
  5. If you are using WordPress or another CMS that doesn’t have GFC (Google Friends Connect) state in your posts how you would like to be followed
  6. Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don’t just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don’t say “HI”
  7. If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love…and the followers
  8. If you’re new to the Follow Friday hop, comment and let me know, so I can stop by and check out your blog!

Each week they also ask a question for everyone to answer in their posts.  How fun!

This Week’s Question:

If you could have 3 wishes granted, what would they be?  – Life is Reading

My Answer:

Oh gosh.  If I could have three wishes…  Lets have one crazy, one practical, and one for the good of all mankind shall we.

For the good of all mankind I would wish for our planet to be restored to optimum health.  Removing all the contaminants from our water, land and air.  A reversal of climate change and restoration of lost habitat for animals and for humans to find a way to live in harmony with the environment.

My practical wish would be for my husband and I to be successful and content in our careers.  Earn enough money that we could travel a couple of times a year and live debt free.

My crazy wish would be for the power to teleport so I could travel the world in the blink of an eye.  I could breakfast in Rome, shop midday in Istanbul and watch the sunset on a beach in Hawaii.

What would you wish for?

Just a reminder I have a giveaway going on for a signed Dragonbane by Sherrilyn Kenyon!

  1. Great wishes! I love the one about reversing climate change and giving the animals their natural habitats back. It’s so sad to see animals going extinct because we’ve distroyed their habitats. I feel so selfish now! I saw teleporting on someone else’s blog and I was really upset with myself for not thinking of that one. I hate planes, and if I never had to get on a plane again, oh my gosh, that would just make me sooo happy. Great wishes! Thanks for visiting Bookworm Book Reviews! New email follower! :)

    • :) Oh my husband’s wish would be nothing but flying in planes, he LOVES them. I’m not even allowed to have the window seat in when we fly ever again. Perpetual middle seat status for life.
